In general, the experience and challenge of a lack of discipline curtails any hopes of achieving the learning objectives in time. However, this is the expected and accepted norm in most school settings, and completely dehumanises the teacher’s experience. CPD courses are available and are recursive resources underpinned by the broader curriculum which teachers are bound to know.
